Dear Sutterville families,

Welcome to Sutterville! It is an honor to work with our amazing students.

Our school has a strong academic focus on English language arts, mathematics, science and social studies, with emphases on critical thinking and writing across the curriculum. We encourage our students to take ownership of their learning, and we believe that with support and guidance, all of our students can become leaders. We are in our fourth year as a “Leader in Me” School, a program based on Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Through our school-wide leadership program, our students have significant input into the running of Sutterville Elementary.

Likewise, we encourage you to get involved in the different opportunities available to engage with our school. Together as a team, we will continue to provide a safe and caring learning environment for all children to grow and be successful!
