Welcome to the 2023-24 School Year! We hope you have had some time to take some deep breaths, spend time in nature, relax with your families, and rejuvenate during summer break! Our teachers have been hard at work preparing for our students and we have exciting plans for the new school year!

As you know, the first day of school is Thursday, August 31st, and dismissal that day for 1st – 6th Graders will be at 2:12 P.M., since it is (of course) a Thursday. On Friday, school will let out at the regular time of 3:12 P.M. Please take a moment to read “Comings and Goings at Sutterville,” which briefly explains that school will be open for parents to drop off their children at their lines or classroom doors on the first and second days of school, what it will look like the following week and beyond, and some suggested meeting places for after school that you’ll want to agree upon with your child.
